Then Manual is not exactly impressive and is all in handy Japanese.  But just about does the job for disassembly, however I would say you should keep a diagram of where all the screws go.  Also if your thinking of pulling the receiver apart I should warn you that the metal edges inside are extremely sharp and unfinished.
